1、用壓縮空氣或手動吹風機吹凈電動機內(nèi)部灰塵、電刷粉末等，污垢雜物。

2、拆除與電動機連接的一切接線，用絕緣電阻表測量繞組對機座的絕緣電阻。若小于0．5MΩ時，應進行烘干處理，測量合格后再將拆除的接線恢復。
